By appointment only POLICIES No card No Appointment Policy When booking your appointment with us online or through text/call, a valid credit card and a 40%, non-refundable deposit that will go towards the service(s) is required for all clients. This valid credit card secures your appointment with the service provider + also lets us know you are serious about receiving such services! Late Policy If you are 10 minutes late or more, We cannot always guarantee your appointment as appointments may be booked back to back. In this case, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. If you are already aware that you are running late, please text us to see if we can still provide your service. By booking an appointment with Skinray Wax & Beauty, you are agreeing to all the policies stated. Happy booking! LOCATION The suite is located inside West Broad Business Center. The best way to enter is through the back entrance as the front door is always locked. Parking lot is available directly behind the building and I’m the first suite when you walk in. Cancellation Policy

We ask that you respect our time as well as others time. We understand life can get in the way but we ask to please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. In certain cases of rescheduling, your deposit will be used towards the next appointment valid for 30 days. After 30 days, a new deposit will be required to secure an appointment. Repeat offenders and No call no shows will be charged a 40% fee on top of 40% deposit being kept/or be banned from booking.
